Summary XPEL is experiencing significantbusiness growth and successively building our installation training team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamicgroup of professionals as a Trainer, responsible for conducting training installationof paint protection film, window tint and ceramic coatings.

Core Duties

Develop the necessaryskills to professionally teach installation of XPEL films and coatings(XPEL provides training to trainers to advance their installation skillsand enable teaching dedicated XPEL installation curriculum)
Travel up to 50%domestically and internationally to conduct training at auto dealershipsand independent XPEL dealers’ facilities
Provide technicalinstallation assistance as necessary to XPEL customers and work with salesor customer support to provide technical installation assistance to XPELcustomers
Serve as anambassador of the XPEL brand, sharing product information, installationand sales considerations with accounts and customers
Serve as a member ofa training team, advancing installation procedures, and through training,advancing the automotive protective film and coating industry
Other job-related dutiesas required (trade shows, promotional videos, etc.)

Job Requirements

Strong work ethic, highly motivated, and organized
Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical andproblem-solving skills
A high level of eye-hand coordination and dexterity
Able to travel up to 50% of the time and able to obtain apassport for international travel
Working knowledge of MS office for training schedulingcoordination and training reports
Must have a driver’s license and the ability to maintain apassport for international travel
Knowledge of PPF installation and experience installing XPELPPF or tint is preferred
Experience in the automotive industry, sales, knowledge ofdetailing, etc. is preferred

Mondaythrough Friday, core hours: 9AM – 5PM

Salary andBenefits

€49,500– €52,000 base with opportunity for performance based quarterlybonus.
